Comments: My foster family has named me River as I was found by a nice lady in Hunter River when my brother and I showed up crying in her yard. We were quite young and our mom could not be found so the nice people at KCH have taken very good care of us until now. We are hoping to find nice families to live with forever. I love to play with my brother and the other resident cats in the foster home. My foster family also have children that love to snuggle and play with me. I’m told that I am very playful but also super snuggly and love people. She is being fostered in a home with other foster kittens and resident cats. She has received her first set of vaccines and a clean bill of health from the vet and is ready to join her forever family. ONLY INDOOR ONLY HOMES WILL BE CONSIDERED We are taking names of interested pre-approved adopters for 24 hours. (If you are a pre-approved adopter and wish to be considered to adopt this kitten, please refer to instructions in the email you received from the adoption committee when your application was approved. Any other method of contact may not be seen or considered.) At that time, the kittens will be removed from our website and the adoption committee will review applications and the successful applicant only will be contacted. If not spoken for after 24 hours, we will then accept new applications for potential adopters. Adoption fee is $60 and pick up must be done in Summerside area by appointment only. The contract and adoption fee must be completed electronically due to COVID19 restrictions.
