Comments: This beautiful calico came to us from a barn in western PEI. She has been with us for a couple of months and is very well socialized and loves people. She likes her alone time but when she decides she wants attention you better drop everything you are doing. She did develop an URI and has since recovered however she has red and inflamed gums around her teeth. We have treated her for a viral infection but that made no difference with her gums. The vet feels her gums could be aggravated by her adult teeth coming in causing the irritation or there is a possibility that she will need some dental work done later if this does not resolve itself. She has had all three required sets vaccines, was spayed on January 16th and is waiting to join her forever family. She is being fostered in Summerside with a large and gentle dog. Adoption fee is $100. * Please note, this picture is older and she has grown some since that time *
