Comments: You can see me at Global Pet Foods in Summerside on Saturday from 11-3pm! Jewel is a beautiful short-haired, spayed tabby and is the sister of Cornell (ID 2005). She gets a little scared around loud noises, but is very social and always wants to lay on her foster mom when she is relaxing. Like her brother, she is also always purring and super friendly. She loves to snuggle too, a great addition to any home. According to their foster family Jewel and Cornell are “the sweetest kitties ever.” They are a bit older than most of our kittens, but within 2 hours they were settled in with their foster family, enjoying life. At KCH, we are committed to helping our kittens find their forever home, and part of that commitment is ensuring that the kittens are eating/drinking well, are litter trained, and have been treated for parasites, fleas, and ticks. Our kittens have been seen by a veterinarian and are up to date on their vaccinations (first and sometimes second set depending on the kitten’s age). Adding a kitten to your life is an exciting and busy time, and we hope this information will help ease the transition! ***Important: Only indoor-only homes will be considered. If you are a pre-approved adopter interested in adopting this kitten, please contact KCH as per the instructions outlined in your approval email. If we receive interest from multiple pre-approved adopters within the first 24 hours of posting, all applications received within that time frame will be reviewed and the best home for this particular kitten will be selected from among them. The adoption fee is $200. Pick-up must be done in Summerside by appointment only. The adoption contract and adoption fee must be completed electronically prior to pick-up.
